I spent 4 days, 2 1/2 of which were designing the layout in photoshop. i used only 3 picture's all together. All the lines and stuff are just rectangle tools. the fade on it and what gives it the beat down hardcore look is just rasterized text and rectangles then took a brush (several) and used the eraser tool to go over it. also used alot of color levels and opacity settings as well. then i sliced it up in photoshop.

Middle: Beat up shoping cart that is bent and had no front wheels

then i took it to Macromedia Dreamweaver and coded it and changed all the coding from the "save for web" in file options photoshop gives you.
